Terrible service. Took them about 22 minutes to be able to take in my order, because no one would come to the table. My coffe also arrived in dirty dishes with sugar flakes on the rim, exposing that it hadn’t been washed properly. The taste of the coffee was extremely watery and the pistachio ice cream tasted like sugar and cream, no pistachio. Waitress was very rude as well. Do not recommend ever! The place looks nice, but it’s a scam.

Nice selection of pastry and there’s a nice patio in the back. Service is slow, but that seems to be the case in most of the service industry these days.

Had to wait about 15 minutes for the waitress to take my order and another 15 min to bring me the cake and the coffee (should not take so long).
One of the coffees came in a dirty mug and it tasted really bad. It tasted like filter coffee made without any tipe of technique.

When the waitress realised I was dissatisfied with the service, she was rude to me instead of being nice. I think if you are under 50 years old, you will get really bad service at this place.

Overall, bad coffee and even worst service. The cake was good

Best Best Best Cafe you can visit in München. The staff is just wonderful. In münchen I have never seen anyone this happy. Next time I visit I will be visiting this cafe again.

We had lunch at the place and were eventually served. The service staff are only allowed to serve assigned tables. Other guests (arrived with us) waited very long in order to get finally served (others left, as we have noticed) by the very rude and unfriendly mid-age waitress. She complained loudly to various customers about her work load. Absolutely awful situation as a guest and customer! - ever again

This is not for urban people. Only for visitor. We ordered 2 x the same breakfast. We did receive 1 pc of bread. 1 pc of croissant 1 brezel

I waited 10 minutes and asked if this was all, because 2xthe same mean 2 times the same. Then the service craft was so unfriendly. I am near 60 years old. Did not had That experience before
