This is was the worst experience we ever had in any clinic that we have every been to. Unprofessional and rude staff, who show no empathy or regard for babies/toddlers. Save yourself the unnecessary waiting time and go to a children's clinic that actually will take care of you and your child.

Reception to the hospital is unbelievably rude and disgruntled. Never seen such lack of professionalism ever. It’s not that hard to speak to people as humans and not act like they’re unwanted there. I’m still shocked by my experience.

The answer from this older nurse just shocked me and stunned me!! She said: "These tests just don't work, I'll definitely not do a second one." The urine I took from my son (fresh and in a clean cup, but not sterile) apparently didn't do them any good because it was already "too old" and could not be evaluated (I myself am a specialist and know that this statement is wrong, too because it was 1. fresh and 2. this would have been more than enough for a urine stix!!!!.) instead I gave my son extra water to drink so that we could again pass urine in a sterile container. Not so easy if that child has a burn and only gets drops out!!.
After a total of 2 hours of waiting, although there really wasn't much going on, a young doctor finally came. My son was of course already in a deep sleep.
I woke him up of course and the doctor started asking him several questions about what he had and why he is there etc.. she completely ignored me. She only turned to him.
Of course, the child didn't understand anything at first, just looked with wide eyes, he had slept for more than 1.5 hours and in the meantime had a fever of 40.2 degrees. (which, by the way, was checked by ME and not by them, there thank God I had a clinical thermometer in my pocket.) The poor thing was only able to answer some of your questions with great difficulty.
Why didn't you ask me??? I was standing next to my son and I'm the mother!!!! I could have described the situation to her. The poor child was totally overwhelmed. The examination lasted a few minutes (2-3 MIN) they only looked in the mouth, without a mouth spatula and without a throat lamp and with a stethoscope the abdominal cavity was listened to, the diagnosis was made immediately: tonsillitis! All other symptoms were hidden. Nothing was given for the high fever either!! And so we were able to take the child home with us when it was over 40 degrees. The doctor's statement was that I should buy some emergency pharmacy and fever-lowering medication. Why wasn't he given anything there because the fever was so high??? What if he got a febrile seizure in the car????? Will definitely go somewhere else tomorrow, simply incompetent!!!! Never again!

Ich bin in die Notaufnahme Ambulanz mit meinem 7 jährigen Sohn gekommen, da er nicht sinkendes Fieber hatte trotz Gabe von Ibuprofen,zusätzlich hatte er Brennen beim Wasser lassen, etwas Halsweh .Laut 116117 lieber gleich zur Klinik um bakterielles auszuschließen. Also sind wir hierher gefahren.
Angekommen werden wir schon mit einem "einladenden" Gesichtsausdruck empfangen. Im Untersuchungszimmer angekommen ,wird Fieber gemessen:39,5 ° .Die junge Krankenschwester untersuchte die Vitalwerte, klagte währenddessen, da anscheinend mehrere Geräte bei ihr nicht funktionierten.( SpO2 Gerät sowie RR Gerät) Was schon für mich in einer Notfallambulanz ein No Go ist!!!!
Es wurde anschließend von einer älteren Krankenschwester ein Corona Schnelltest durchgeführt,der erst nach 35(!!) Min abgelesen wurde.
Der Kontrollstrich war kaum zu erkennen, sodass die jüngere Krankenschwester zu der älteren sagte, dass eigentlich dieser zu wiederholen ist, da keine Kontrolllinie zu sehen war.Die Antwort von dieser älteren Krankenschwester schockiert mich einfach und macht mich fassungslos!! Sie sagte :" Diese Tests funktionieren einfach alle nicht,ich mach bestimmt kein zweiten mehr".( bin gespannt welches Ergebnis im PC dokumentiert worden ist.)
Den Urin den ich von meinem Sohn mitnahm (frisch und in einem sauberen Becher,aber nicht steril) brachte denen anscheinend garnichts da dieser schon "zu alt" und nicht auswertbar war (ich selber bin vom Fach und weiss dass diese Aussage falsch ist,auch weil dieser 1.frisch war und 2. dieser hätte für ein Urinstix mehr als ausgereicht!!!!.)stattdessen gab ich meinem Sohn extra viel Wasser zum trinken, sodass wir erneut Urin in einem sterilen Gefäß abgeben konnten.Garnicht so leicht wenn das Kind brennen hat und nur Tropfen rausbekommt!!.
Nach insgesamt 2 Std Wartezeit, obwohl wirklich nicht viel los war, kam dann endlich eine junge Ärztin.Mein Sohn war natürlich schon im Tiefschlaf.
Ich weckte ihn natürlich und die Ärztin begann ihn mehrere Fragen zu stellen,was er hätte und warum er da ist usw..mich ignorierte sie komplett.Sie wendete sich nur an ihn.
Das Kind hat natürlich erst mal garnichts verstanden ,schaute nur mit aufgerissenen Augen ,er hatte ja über 1,5 std geschlafen und hatte in der zwischenzeit schon 40,2 grad Fieber.(was übrigens von MIR und nicht von denen kontrolliert worden ist,da ich Gott sei Dank, ein Fieberthermometer in meiner Tasche hatte.)Der ärmste konnte nur mit viel Mühe einige Ihrer Fragen beantworten.
Wieso fragte Sie nicht mich???Ich stand ja neben meinem Sohn und ich bin die Mutter!!!! Ich hätte ihr doch die Lage beschreiben können.. Das arme Kind war total überfordert. die Untersuchung dauerte wenige minuten (2-3 MIN) es wurde lediglich im Mund reingeschaut, ohne Mundspatel und ohne Rachenleuchte und mit Stethoskop den Bauchraum abgehört, sofort kam die Diagnose: Mandelentzündung! Alle anderen Symptome wurden ausgeblendet. Es wurde auch nichts für den hohen Fieber verabreicht!! Und somit konnten wir das Kind mit über 40 Grad wieder mit nachhause nehmen.Die Aussage der Ärztin war, ich solle zur irgendeine Notfallapotheke und Fieber senkende Medikamente kaufen. Wieso hat man ihn dort nichts verabreicht da der Fieber so hoch war ??? Was ist wenn er im Auto ein Fieberkrampf bekommen hätte????? Werde morgen sicher wo anders gehen , einfach Inkompetent!!!! Nie wieder!
Vielleicht genau weil ich vom Fach bin , bin ich zutiefst schockiert

Einfach nur bodenlose Frechheit diese Klinik.
Hatten seit einem halben Jahr einen Termin für eine Untersuchung. Nach Ankunft in der früh meinte die Schwester sie hätten keinen Platz für uns. Nachdem wir Privatpatienten sind,meinte sie ,die Station verlegt ein Bett das wir Platz hätten, als wir wieder dort waren nach 3 Stunden, weitere Wartezeit von 2 Stunden ,dann wurden wir endgültig nach Hause geschickt wegen fehlendem PCR Test ,wobei ein Antigentest ausreichend wäre laut Internet Seite stand 02.Mai 2022 und nachfragen telefonisch einen Tag vorher. Nach einem telefonischem Versuch die Sache aufzuklären eine Stunde später, wurde uns sehr unhöflich gesagt ob wir nicht wüssten das es schon seit 2 Jahren Corona gäbe und dann wurde einfach aufgelegt.
Einfach nur schlimm,traurig was da passiert!!!

Die Aufnahme verlief freundlich und unproblematisch.
Nach geraumer Wartezeit (ist halt so und nicht weiter schlimm), wurden wir von der Ärztin gefragt, warum wir hier sind und nicht bei der Kinderärztin.

Wir erläuterten ihr die Symptome. Sie fragte uns, ob wir nicht sehen, was denn hier im Wartezimmer los ist. Ich sagte, wir können ja auch wieder gehen.

Dann wurde unser Sohn untersucht. Die Untersuchung empfanden wir als brutal. Unser Sohn weinte ständig wegen der durch die Untersuchung verursachten Schmerzen.

Anschließend musste das Kind zum Ultraschall. Dort weinte unser Sohn vor Angst davor, dass man ihn wieder so grob untersucht. Die Ärztin (schroff und unfreundlich) sagte, er solle nicht weinen, er sei ja schließlich kein Zweijähriger mehr. Sollte er jetzt nicht aufhören, wird ein anderes Kind vorgezogen.

Da wir von unserer Kinderärztin ein ganz anderes (sehr professionelles, kindgerechtes, emphatisches) Verhalten gewohnt sind, war es für uns in Schwabing schockierend. Wir werden diese Klinik nicht mehr aufsuchen.
Den Befund werden wir sicherheitshalber noch von einem anderen Arzt überprüfen lassen
