In general very chaotic! I completely fail to understand the lack of respect for the patients time. Throughout the years - no matter which doctor I have an appointment for - I wait at least 30-40 minutes AFTER my appointed time! Oftentimes the doctors in Germany are not schooled in customer service. So do not expect that at all! They are usually somewhat rude!

I have always found the staff and doctors polite and very helpful.
I’ve been with the practice for 10 years now and to my knowledge I’ve never found anything to complain about.
