I came here for ER and then a surgery.

Of course some personnel can be unfriendly(which i also experienced), but i got one of the best medical service. The doctors are very kind and professional. They speak English. They openly communicate.

I was treated like a street dog! Don‘t understand why this hospital is even allowed to exist.
Brought to Halarchinger hospital by ambulance with a suspected stroke they immediately did a MRT. Without updating me with the result, I was lying 10 hours in the corridor (emergency area) with pain and without food or any proper care. The staff was so rude, disrespectful and bearish. Due to the lack of capacity, they asked me to go home. At night, I was brought (self-organized) to another hospital - next day, I was diagnosed meningitis. Since I was right next to their „emergency office“ I witnessed multiple discriminating and harassing comments. I was really shocked by the hate in their voices. It is for sure not applying to the entire hospital but if possible I will never ever enter this building again.

For me, it was good. I was not happy to be in ER (I don't think anyone does), but they were all very friendly and helpful. Also a very clean and "good looking" hospital. Dankeschön :)

I had a very bad experience with this clinic, after waiting for one month to get an appointment, l arrived on time and waited for the doctor to arrive. After waiting for 2.5 hours he didn’t show up. The secretary told me that I would wait for at least one more hour as the doctor is busy. I didn’t wait as I had to go back to work. This is so irresponsible, unorganized and disrespectful to people’s time.

We arrived with the ambulance for my son (born just 7 days), waiting time: 4/5 hours before the doctor can check him.
Is it normal ? Is this a hospital suitable for children? I totally encourage parents to avoid wasting time, my solution was to take the child to another hospital, where they immediately visited and admitted him

The personal that was answering the phones, ( or just the one that has answered mine) was so rude. I kindly ask whether I can speak in English or not, and the answer was so rude, and also didn't try to find any solution. In a city like Munich that is highly multicultural, this communication deficiency of a health authority was disappointing... Hope it will recover!

My baby girl was born in Harlaching Hospital and then has to stay in the ICU. All the staff members, doctors and nurses, treat her great. Thank you to them all, and a special thank to Doctor Silke Brodkorb and Kilian Ackermann!
