We went to visit the Munich Zoo yesterday afternoon. On our way back to the car, at closing tome, we stopped by Cafe Bamboo because my children wanted a waffle with powdered sugar. Waffle was a bit salty and my 9 years old son asked whether he can get couple of drops of the chocolate sauce on top of it. Woman, who works there said that she can not give him couple of drops because her boss installed the camera and she doesn't want to be fired. I doubt that she would be fired for making the child happy.
We were last customers, those two waffles that remained, they probably would throw away anyways, so from my perspective those 10 Euro that we spent are quite bitter now.
That's the reason for 1 star review.

We bought 2 coffees and 2 ice creams. And we payed for 3 ice creams.... we did not get our money back. very bad service. We asked receit and she said no. perfect place to make you very uppset!
