We stayed at this hotel in early October 2022.
The hotel was very clean and tidy and very nicely decorated. The room was very comfortable and provided everything needed.
Breakfast was superb with an excellent choice of cooked items in addition to a well stocked buffet.
The staff were superb. Pleasant, polite, very helpful and always smiling. English speaking was a great help to us.
There is nothing I would take issue with about this hotel which is in great location with a very regular bus service at the door.
Highly recommended and will not hesitate to visit again.

This is a very charming quiet guest house just outside the bustle of Munich. We chose it Due to its proximity to friends who live in this neighborhood. Our room was bright with comfortable beds and lovely big doors that opened on to a small private balcony. This special thing of note here is the amazing breakfast. Eggs to order if you choose, buns, pretzels, u0026 other things homemade daily Plus all the usual sliced meats, juice, coffee, granola. It was a treat to stay here

Very cosy villa, very clean and the staff was very nice! It felt similar to being in the Alps. All necessary amenities were available, such as shower gel in the bathroom or a coffee machine and a water cooker in the room. Good location, bus stop in front, quick bus ride to Neuperlach Zentrum where you can catch the U5. Booked it during Oktoberbest so it was a rare find :) would stay here again for sure!

Friendly staff, nice large room, clean and cosy, good bed, okay sheets (the duvee was okay, not good) fast WiFi, outlets for charging where these are supposed to be, and an okay shower in a nice bathroom. At that price (€150) and during drinktec: Super, wie man in deutsch sagt ????

Although we were first informed that there would be a power socket at the parking, we were not allowed to charge over night our car there. First - as we were told - due to lack of billing possibilities- my offer to pay double the theoretically maximum possible amount was then rejected with concerns about “burning electric cars” / safety reasons and we agreed to cancel our stay 30min before our departure and 5h before arrival.
We finally found an alternative nearby cheaper and without discrimination towards customers traveling with electric vehicles - arriving at midnight.

We booked this place at a short notice (1 day before) and I am glad we stayed here. We took the Double Room with Panorama and it was very beautiful, we had our own garden, and everything was well taken care of. We loved the stay and would recommend this place to everyone. Please go ahead and book without any hesitation.

The hotel was great and the rooms were clean and nice. Great service and the staff was super, they let us put our bags in a room before the check-in time. One of my friend was sick and the italian receptionist gave her a cup of tea before going out.
We loved it, thank you!
