The worse and dirty hotel, I never seen such dirt the room to which I enter 1 cm dirt on every table and please look at the bed how dirty it's like from 100 years no one clean it.

The hotel is well located for the main central train station and underground/bus routes. Staff were friendly and allowed us to leave bags with them at the start and end of our stay here. Breakfast is buffet style with traditional European fayre and lovely mini croissants. The hotel itself looks a bit dated and the entrance doesn't appear 'welcoming' however as a base for a city break or a work stay in the city it was everything that was required. the rooms themselves are spacious with sizeable bathrooms and the whole hotel was very clean. Would stay here again.

Best hotel staff ever! The rooms and the furniture are old and outdated but they're clean and the location is great, also are the breakfast and the prices. They also offer to store your luggage for free after you check out which is awesome

I honestly can’t say one good thing about this hotel. No air conditioning so you have to sleep with the windows open and a noisy oscillating fan. Two problems with this: 1. The windows have no screens so bugs and mosquitoes infest your room 2. There’s a VERY loud bar at the base of the hotel that blast music until 2am. Absolutely no way to get sleep.

Like many have said, this hotel is disgusting in terms of cleanliness. Carpets have stains all over them, bathroom blatantly haven’t been cleaned between each stay, and multiple linens were stained/soiled.

I can’t believe this hotel is labeled as a “4 star hotel.” Please save your money and stay somewhere else. Gross

The breakfast was good. Location too was good. However, the rooms need big time refurbishing and they were very warm, especially for summer season. The standing fan dint quite help much and my kids dint have a good nights sleep as they felt uncomfortable in those non-AC rooms.

Kind and helpful staff, really clean rooms (and bathrooms), great breakfast and location (right across main railway station, 6 minutes walk from main bus station (ZOB) and about 15 minutes walk to the city centre). They offer a service of storing your luggage after checking out of your room and it has no additional charge (for us it was great because our ride was late in the evening that day). Great value for money.
