Very rude staff. She changed her prices more than 3 times in less then 10 minutes. Very dirty hotels, rooms are very very small. Overall, very unpleasant experience and never again.

We stayed here when we came for Oktoberfest. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Each room does not have its own bathroom, but does have a sink and mirror for hygiene. There is one toilet per wing. The breakfast was awesome. There was a nice variety of options in a buffet style. The room that the breakfast was in was beautiful. The location of the hotel was only a short walk to the train.

When we checked in, there could have been better customer service. You're downright forced to pay in advance and they didn't tell us that we had to. The location of the hotel was great, public transport is just across the street. The breakfast was good and the staff there was very nice. Nevertheless the rooms would need a new refurbishment and for a 3 star hotel I'd at least expect a TV that has a bigger screen than my notebook. All in all it was clean and okay but being "welcomed" like this, rudely and without any given information, it was difficult to enjoy the rest of our stay, for there is no second chance for a first impression. I've waited to compose an assessment to be fair and see the whole picture, and it was better than the way it had started, therefore I credit them three stars. But judging from our first day, it wouldn't have been a single one.

The rooms are very small and unclean. The shared bathroom does not even have a tap and soap to wash hands. The rooms are unequipped, for example, even there is no fan during summer. The bed quality is very poor and the blankets are very warm. The whole wooden structure and the stairs are also noisy and therefore sometimes disturbing. The location is not centric and in the border of Munich area but there is a U-Bahn and S-Bahn station nearby.

Simple place but very good people.
I came to Germany for private reasons and I didn’t know how many days I will stay. The owner Mr Filix was very collaborative and helpful to understand and be flexible.
The room was very clean and place organized.
I recommend this place.

It's in a great location, very close to the metro, bus and train station. Literally a 1 minute walk. The hotel seemed friendly and rustic at the beginning but I barely seen a staff member for the eight days I was there, the pillows were two shallow and I couldn't find someone go ask for another, no shampoo's were left for us and the towels were hard

Basically just somewhere to sleep. Great proximity to the train, which made it very convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was alright. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and no blackout curtains (when we went) so it made it hard to sleep in. Pretty outdated, but if you need somewhere just to sleep and want bare bones accommodations, this is your place.
