Very comfortable beds, clean, fast and easy check in,
excellent location since its right where the train station is.
- The pillows were not that good and they were kinda
thin. The bending machines weren't working. It would've
been nice to also be able to make tea at the room.
I think it was a little bit overpriced, I've stayed at places with
bigger rooms and better beds and more services for less
money in Munich

This was hard to rate as it's essentially a really nice hotel. We had a friendly welcome when we dropped our bags early AM, the rooms were really nice and clean, and the breakfast was pretty good. However we were told to return by 23:00 and when we arrived at 22:45 the place was locked up. Apparently an email had been sent telling us our room entry codes but this was sent to the booking name who did not attend the trip in the end. It also would not have been a lot of use as our bags were locked away. After half hour of panic someone turned up and all was well. The same guy tried to tell us that breakfast was from 7:00, not 06:30 as stated, causing more confusion next morning. So all good but they seem to have an issue with times.

Youth hostel like and just next to the train tracks. Clean and friendly staff. Direct connection from the airport and to the city center. Good price despite trade fair...

Nice stay. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast not recommended. Better go to a bakery instead.

Con: Not enough space to use the desk, weak A/C.

Pro: Rooms are extremely sound-proof, staff is very friendly.

It was so hot in the room (mid-April).
Rest is clean and very convenient. Easy to get access at night with the available automate.

Professional, helpful and kind staff, spotless clean, great service in general. The only thing I'd ask next time is for a quiet room, better facing the street than the S-Bahn Station as, in my opinion, the window did not provide of a good sound isolation (room 427).
