The friendly employees!!! All the employees from the receptionist last night and this morning as well as ladies in the Kitchen, has a smile on their face and are so friendly and helpful.

The extremely clean rooms and patio area. Even the tables outside are spotless clean.

The comfortable beds and pillows.

The Central location.
The breakfast was fantastic!!!!
We had a fantastic evening here and will be returning again tomorrow night.

Excellent breakfast.

Great location. There’s NO PARKING, only a public parking three blocks away that charge €25/day (not included on room rate). Nice breakfast, nice room, poor internet.

Excellent location being 10 mins walk from Marien Platz, and less than 5 to the main train station. A bit noisy at night, the path outside seems to be the smoking area for the local pub goers. Could smell cigarette smoke most of the night, though this is common in European hotels, they really do enjoy the cancer sticks. The 2 at the counter seemed ok service wise, but really didn't want to be there. Neither would I though, I'd find it a tough job day in day out.

Good stay overall. I stayed Sunday - Wednesday. A little noisy outside if your room is facing the street since there was a construction site right in front of the hotel. Only issue I had was the room cleaning staff taking away the soap bars and not putting them back in posterior cleanings despite asking for them.

Not a happy experience. Was very rude and couldn’t deal with problems at all. Air conditioner wasn’t working and it was a hot day so it wasn’t pleasant at all.

Small rooms but that location is perfect. Right next to the train station

The Room was small but comfortable and clean. The staff are not the nicest but it is okay in general. A lot of noice coming from the street during the night (people partying, cleaning machine at 4 am) and in the morning (construction work). OK for a very short stay.
