A small hotel with a big heart. We especially appreciated the helpful receptionist. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast has everything we could wish for. The hotel is located in central München, but still in calm area just a few minutes from the beer halls and the big churches.

We had the worst experience because we were treated with horribly rude behavior that we have never encountered before.
Our reservation was for three nights and cost €830 with breakfast.
My husband went for breakfast at 9:00 in the morning and found the absolute basics, stuff that low cost pensions have and not hotels that charge €280 per day. At 9:40 when I went down for breakfast with my child there was no bread, no cheese, no fruit. But that wasn't the worst part. I first politely asked a lady to at least bring me bread for the little one, and she replied that she couldn't because it would take half an hour. In my justified discomfort, a 'gentleman' who, as I was informed, was the owner of the hotel, intervened and told me 'if you don't like it, leave'. After the shock I asked to speak with the gentleman in question but they told me that he didn't have time to speak with me. Instead, they sent me the hotel manager who tried to justify the previous behaviour by telling me that this is how Bavarians are.
In my next chance encounter with the owner, he initially pretended not to remember me, and after expressing my complaints, he started screaming at me in front of my child. There are no words to describe the rudeness of the owner. All staff was generally rude, not once did I hear good morning from reception.
Since I was with my child, I couldn't find a last minute hotel available so we had to stay. Of course they took away the cost of breakfast, which we never saw and never ate. It was the least they could do. But for me an apology would be more important than that.
Don't give your money to rude and ungrateful people. There are much nicer hotels in the center of Munich and at an even better price.

Had to cancel immediately upon checkin as the beds are sized for children. Literally Cot size beds. Poorly advertised. Staff was nice but Hotel manager was particularly rude.
Checked in at much nicer and same price Hotel MIO around corner.

Great location, walkable to sightseeing and close to a trainstation. The workers were very kind and helpful and having breakfast was a huge bonus. We would definately stay again

I have been to many hotels and none have come close to the customer service I experienced here. Warm welcome with a slightly early check-in. Beautiful high-quality rooms with comfortable furniture, and a spotlessly clean bathroom. They have beautiful sleek, modern décor and they feel super clean! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic location next to the food market and a short walk to Marienplatz. Nice, cozy, clean single room. The bathroom can be a bit of a squeeze but at least I have my own bathroom. Wish I had more hooks in the room (like back of the bathroom door) as storage/hanging space is quite limited but it’s alright. Good breakfast with a wide variety. My main complaint being on the first floor was the noise from the busy pedestrian street with restaurants downstairs. You pay for being in the centre of town. If it were cold or they had air conditioning and I close the windows, it cuts out most of the noise. Good thing they were able to lend me an electric fan. Would still stay here again for the great convenience.

I had the pleasure of staying here. The team went out of their way and looked after me. Nothing was too much for them. Not only did they make my stay more pleasurable, they provided an experience which will see me return very soon. The room had all that you need if you are away on business. I will be back and highly recommend.
