For the money, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in Europe. This is a budget hotel, so don't expect anything more for some reason if you're bringing your family here. But for 50 euros/night, I got a seriously surprisingly big room with a full bathroom. For that price, I assumed I was getting a shared hostel room, but I was surprised to find out it was actually a private room all for myself. The reception girls are very nice and they have beer in the lobby vending machine.

Good price for the more than awesome location. The room was as expected for a budget hotel. The bathroom was small, uncomfortable especially the shower! Walls were thin so you could here people walking, talking and being noisy in the hallway and in the rooms nearby

The bathroom was a joke. You literally have to hold the shower head and simultaneously bathe. Also, no lip on the shower so water goes everywhere. Housekeeping came every day to make the beds( folded the very small, worn blanket) , change the towels and empty trash. Some cosmetic things could've been done like have a dresser with all 3 drawers not broken. The holes from the tv mount were still on the wall from where it was. Dirt and stains on the walls. The lift also was never there when you needed it. Most of the staff was friendly. There was one girl that had a constant attitude and as if with every question she was annoyed. With that said, great location for marienplatz and Oktoberfest. 24 hour reception was nice too.

You get what you pay for! Staff is very friendly and on location 24h. They also speak very God English. I got a small room with 2 Single beds for 74€ a night. But yes... it comes with a very tiny bathroom, shower only and no tub. You are a 5 minute walk away from incredible sites, shops, coffee shops and buildings that you can only imagine the beauty. Amazing location. I looked up the other hotels in the area. They avarage 110 to 290€ a night. When you think about it. You're only there to sleep, so keep your money for other stuff. But if you wanna waist your time in your room while in Munich... Go find something else. On the other hand, if you are in Munich and you want to make the best of it this place is totally worth it. I will be posting a review on YouTube around December 18th 2019. (Chanel Pell557)

The hotel is budget-friendly and can be easily afforded, yet the facilities are a bit old and the room is quite small. And the location is very close to the famous spots in Munich. I think it is quite good if u want to find somewhere near the centre.

Terrible hotel I have ever stayed in my 25 years of an experience of worldwide travel. Surprise...had to wait 45 minutes for the taxi to come when we asked the front desk to call...and the worst part... I booked for 4 nights in advance and wanted to cancel the last night, buy we couldn't cancel as we booked prior with special rate. Then it turned out to be OK with me as our flight was in the evening. I asked the guy at the front desk to keep my room...he said, ok but until what time? We said until around 15:30...you know what he said?! Oh...I can't re-sell the open room unless you can just keep the luggage at the lobby instead of in my room. WTF?! I have paid for 4 nights! And I am leaving after staying 3 nights, due to my biz schedule... he didn't have to mention that he can't re-sell my room...I would never stay here... Small room with tiny shower with just curtain. It was a nightmare.

No airconditioning on a very noisy street. Old furniture. Room for two adults and a 6 year old child is with just two beds. The man on the desk knows nothing about the area. The parking is for just 3 cars so count it as non existent. The wardrobe was without doors. The sink was broken, the toilet tilt. Value for money around zero. I would not go again there.
