Excellent option not far from the old town. I’m a Diamond member and they graciously let us check in early at 11 a.m. after our overnight flight from the United States. Executive lounge is small but nice. Breakfast was free as a Diamond in the restaurant and was excellent. Overall we had a very good experience here and would not hesitate to return.

Just got back from a midweek two night stay here. Hotel is well located, metres away from the entrance to the S-Bahn station. There are a lot of food and drink options in the area and you're a short walk (or very quick cycle or e-scooter ride) from the river and the old town.

Check-in was fast as I arrived late, and although I had checked in online my digital key told me to go to the front desk. Seemingly I got an upgrade, as when I walked into the room I could see I had a 1 bedroom suite which was a pleasant surprise after a late flight.

Entrance hall and a cloakroom area off to one side, and an entrance to the bathroom on the right as you walk into the large lounge area. Bedroom was off to the right, and another entrance to the very large bathroom. Decor was spot on and had quite a relaxing vibe even though it was modern and contemporary.

As I was having to work remotely whilst in Munich I had breakfast at the hotel, good airy space and lots of food and drink options available.

Helpful reception staff set me up with access to the Executive Lounge for the afternoon when I checked out so that I could get a few hours work done before heading back to the airport.

A good choice in Munich, nice location and rooms as well as friendly and engaged staff. I'll be back.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. The customer service was on point, and the staff was always very welcoming. The breakfast was great, even though you have to wait a little to get a table on weekends, but honestly I loved my stay there, it is worth it to book an executive room, it comes with complimentary breakfast and access to the executive lounge I believe from 7am to 10pm with free drinks and snacks. They even have happy hour from 5 to 7, with beer and wine and you don't pay anything extra . Honestly I would highly recommend the hotel

The hotel is magnificent as of infrastructure and services. The restaurant crew at the restaurant (few Italians and one Hungarian) are the best: extremely friendly and present for us, we felt like at home. The food for individuals is great at both the bar and restaurant!

If there are minor things to improve, these might be: a) the proposed menu for groups, which was a bit poor in terms of offering, and b) the low cordiality from the team in charge of the cleaning the rooms.

Best Hilton we ever stayed at, as well as one of the best hotels too. Staff were extremely helpful, very accommodating to our toddler, and really went out of their way. Plus direct access to the s-Bahn, so very easy to get around. Will come back in a heartbeat.

Very convenient location near the historic landmarks and food markets. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. We could hear the gentle dripping of the fountain water from the central courtyard when the window is opened, which is very relaxing.

Goof for short stay .. Rooms are clean.

No facilities, staff are nice but I didn’t like the way they treat people differently. Carefully w close your bell at this hotel because I had a weird experience with the reception.

Recommended for quick stay ( night or two). No minibar at the room, and the Honors lounge is very poor.
