One stop shop. Great venue to visit if an out of town we. Huge department store with grocery section on lower level. Huge wine and champagne selection. Very helpful staff. Lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, chocolate, pastries, sandwiches, and seafood to choose from. You can't go wrong stopping here for gifts.

Machen is an interesting city to visit. I enjoyed our visit but when you get down to it, it's just another big city with some fantastic old buildings that fortunately weren't destroyed or were rebuilt.

We enjoyed walking through the market square which is alive and well with lots of vendors, mostly selling various sausage and other deli items.

Managed to get some really good deals for summer sandals. Had a 20% off on top of the reduced price. Staff were friendly and communicated in English with me. They have free wifi ???? the food at the 5th level is good and reasonably price.

Very very big Galeria!
It has 6 floors if I’m not mistaken.
It can be entered directly through the train station or via two main entrances.
When you enter directly through the train station you have the store own outlet with a huge variety of clothes and some home supplies.
As usually you can find everything from home office supplies to kitchen utensils, decoration and of course brand clothing.
The restaurant on the fifth floor is very nice, has a huge salad bar and delicious food for fair prices.

Ate several times in the restaurant and even went back for coffee and a piece of cake. The staff in the restaurant was great. Purchased our chocolate for family and friends to take back home with us on the lower level. Did not find a souvenir spot, missed opportunity for the store.

Located in Marienplatz. Has lots of stores and sometimes great sale.

The toilets stink and there’s one employee at the entrance who is there with the sole purpose of taking your 50ct. and apparently the tidiness and odor of the premises is not under their responsibilities. Every department feels like an endless corridor that leads nowhere, and it’s very easy to get lost and be unable to find an item that you found interesting before. Things feel overpriced and cheaply made. I hated my whole shopping experience here.
