My wife gave birth at this clinic last year, and I have to say it was a very bad and traumatic experience for her.
First we had an appointment scheduled for a c-section, and when we arrived, the nurse spoke to us very badly because we had not filled out all the documents, although we had come the day before to do so…
Then the baby delivery was very cold, without any emotion.
But the worst is yet to come ! My wife couldn't breastfeed our daughter because she had no milk, but the nurses didn't believe her, and it took 3 days for them to finally decide to feed our baby with a baby bottle ! Yes 3 days ! It's not over, my wife had very high blood pressure after the birth, and the nurses let her out with a blood pressure of 200 !
Plus, as we don't speak much german, communication with the staff was very complicated.
And I'm not talking about the employees who bring meals as if we were in prison...
A terrible Clinic which looks nice only from outside. They don’t care about you or your health, which should be the most important value of a so called clinic…

One of the best clinics i ever seen, with great PEOPLE where i recieved a lot of care and attention.I do not remeber the name of the hebame, but she was so carreful and calm,at my both babies..Especially thanks for dr.Voght and dr.Qatawi.My both babies are delivered here and i reccomand it
.Even If my labor finished late at night,my dinner was on my table, waiting for me.And when i had a little hemoragy after delivery,on the floor,i apologized to the night nurse for that and she said in english:don t worry ,that s why we are here.Everybody spoke with me in english ,at my first baby and second one and very polite.
The pediatric doctor was the best, either!Thank you for helping me,from the first second i step in the clinic.
Maybe If the future moms would be much more respectful....i was and i recieved back.

I recently had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy by Dr. Reising. From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Reising was very thorough in his explanation and I felt that I was in good hands. I am very grateful for my diagnosis. The staff were all very friendly and took great care of me. The hospital is very clean and the food is actually very delicious. Highly recommend!

I have delivered here my first child via a planned c-section. I can only recommend this hospital! I can't speak about the natural birth here, but I can say that you are really looked after here in the days following the delivery. I had a lovely one person room with a balcony and a private bathroom. The hospital has a system of 2 types of midwifes: one is there to look after you and make sure you get enough water/tea/pads/painkillers, and the the other is to look after your baby. You get a phone in the room and you call a number for either if you need any help at all. All the staff at the hospital were very helpful and there was never a long wait in case something was needed. I also had to request special meals for my stay at the hospital and all my dietary requirements were taken into account! Overall - I can definitely recommend this hospital. My recovery was very fast and I felt like I was really looked after.

I had a planned C section and found the overall experience excellent with a few negatives. From a positive perspective what really stood out for me is how professional every person was that I dealt with was and how the whole place runs like clockwork (except reception). The hebammas, doctor's, the nurses and the cleaning staff were all excellent, very professional and very friendly. I had a shared room the first night, then my own room for the rest. The room was nice, modern and we'll equipped. The food was basic but I guess intentionally plain to prevent problems after an op. The cake and coffee in the afternoon was nice. The visitor hours were brilliant (10:00 - 17:00) compared to the hospitals' which were only allowing visitors 1 hour due to covid. The negatives below didn't out weight the overall good experience, I would still go here again and I would recommend to friends.

One negative for me was how hard they push breastfeeding even when it's not working although I suspect this a German perspective rather than specific to this clinic. Being British, I am happy if my baby is fed. I wanted to breastfeed but if it didn't work was happy to go to another option. I tried with little success for the first 24 hours and kept telling the staff it was not working. They kept pushing me to keep going and didn't offer a breast pump even though I asked. As a first time mother, I trusted they knew something I didnt and that my baby was ok. However after 48 hours my baby had lost 10% of his body weight (he wasn't an overweight baby to start with), had lost all energy to even try and eat and I was distraught. Only then did they suggest both a pump (I found out they had run out of available pumps as the reason they had not offered one) and offered formula. I wish they had been open with me about the pump availability earlier and offered formula as an option earlier.

The other negative for me was that reception seem ironically very badly coordinated with the rest of the clinic leaving me wondering exactly what their purpose was. They leave you waiting at the door (there were lots of confused people wondering around early in the morning wondering how to get in), incorrectly told me I could check in at the Kreißsaal a day early and then tried to send me away to come back the next day (even though I don't live in Munich and had rearranged my husband's work to come earlier for the covid test) and forgot to coordinate payment for a bill at the beginning leaving me trying to limp around the place to get things paid after the operation.

Beautiful clinic for women located right near English Garden and easily accessible by public transport. I'm absolutely satisfied with the care provided by both my surgeon and the nurses for the two days I was admitted over there. Very well ventilated room facing the garden and nurses were always checking in to see if all is okay. Food was very average but then again it's being served to patients who are recovering from a surgery. The only issue I faced was sharing a room with three other women after an operation and it was not at all easy to get some sleep. I do understand that this was due to the lack of room availability but some people just can't behave well and or keep it silent when sharing a room.

the midwives in this klinik are very rude , there was one midwife who take to me in a rude way and she put her hand on my mouse when I scream from the pain in order to stop screaming !!! and she refuses to give me any pain killer and she left me screaming without any help .and after giving birth the Kinder Arzt was very rude because My deutsch os not good and he kept saying in germany you must speak German ! , I don't recommend this hospital
