One of the big building. The hotel looks nice from outside and the reception is nice. The hotel is in a great spot near the English Garden, so location is not bad. The rooms are big. However, they are not well taken care of. The tv in my room did not work properly, the room was not that clean and the hot water was not working. Had to take a shower with ice cold water at 12 am. The phone in the bathroom was broken. Overall, owners need to take better care of a great facility.

Beautiful location and beautiful common areas. However rooms were very outdated (the shower was even broken) and missing amenities. Had to ask twice to get basic things like iron and slippers. I would expect better quality and service from a Hilton hotel of that price range.
6 euros charge for a bottle of water is not OK (while missing indication of charge).

So nice and good place to be in the hotel a family friendly place specially they have a place for the kids to play and the English park is just behind the hotel the staff so helpful the nice and friendly and the restaurant it’s was nice food and even room service was delicious.
My only recommendation is to make the kids playing ground more safe by having a fence around the playground on the lobby.
Over all I highly recommend the hotel.

Very large room and really good breakfast. The bed is very comfy. We have stayed at a different 5 star hotel in Munich before yet the room is much smaller and the lobby is not as nice.

The Hotel is very nice, but was disappointed that an upgrade was offered but I was charged for it (my fault I guess as selected in the App, but thought as a Dimond Member I might have been offered something)... but the room was very nice but a bit aged,. it was two rooms made in to one (interconnecting door open). The Living room felt a bit like a bed room but with a sofa and chairs. The view was very nice and the balcony nice to have a cup of coffee on in the morning.

The Breakfast was very good and fresh, but if at the weekend be ready as busy, but even with it being busy the food was good and got a table within 5 minutes.

There is car parking under the hotel.

Checkin was quick and I could get in to room early which was nice.

I am in hotels frequently and this is my favorite hotel of all. The staff are always lovely, welcoming, and friendly. It’s clean, beautiful, has the best breakfast buffet - and the location in the park is perfect. It always feels like home for me when I stay here.

We stayed at the Munich Park Hilton for 5 nights while visiting Munich and the surrounding area in Bavaria and Austria. The service was excellent! The breakfast was extensive and the food good. The best part was the location overlooking the English Gardens and the corresponding ability to walk to Marienplatz and so many other places. Would highly recommend.
