Four Points by Sheraton Munich Central

This is one of the very few, if not the only Four Points hotel where I am very please with all its amenities and services. The staff is exceptionally friendly. At checking-in, Lisa made me feel very welcome and not only acknowledge my SPG status but upgraded me to a bigger room. Lisa was the to go person for anything, from city attractions (shopping, dining, public transportation, tours, etc.) to business needs (best place in the hotel to hold a business meeting, borrow an additional power adapter, etc.). She is a very smart young lady, always greeting you with the most genuine smile, eager to help you. The room and bathroom were super clean. The room was spacious, with a big desk and comfortable chair. Having these two was very important as I did a lot of the work from my hotel room. My main concern when staying at a hotel for more than few days is a good night of sleep and, besides its staff, this was one of the best qualities of this hotel. The bed was excellent, not too soft, not too hard. Linens smelled clean and fresh. The comforter and pillows were fluffy and cozy. Not only the bedding was excellent but also the night was quite, not even one night out of the 3 weeks that I stayed at this hotel, I was disturbed or awaken in the middle of the night by annoyances of the other guests. In few words, this hotel is the place to stay in Munich, I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

Totally impressed with the Four Points in Munich for our weekend break. Rooms are huge and well equipped. Nice walking distance to the city centre. Gym open 24 hours which is great. Rooms super clean and well presented. Reception staff, particularly Christine was super helpful. It was my husband's birthday and they left a huge fruit platter and a voucher for a free drink at the bar as a nice gesture to mark the occasion. So thoughtful- those extra touches make you remember these hotels for the right reason. Would have no hesitation to stay again!

I stayed at the Four Points in April 2016 and when I travelled with family for vacation in June 2017 to Munich, this hotel was already my preferred choice. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to Munchen HBF central station and about 10 minutes to Hackerbrucke train station. Saturn Electronics store was round the corner and Aldi Groceries and Market was also within 10 minutes walking distance.

The hotel alerted me at the time of my booking and a few days before my stay about a construction nearby and that it could be noisy during the day. I booked a studio room for my family ( with 2 kids aged 12 u0026 8) for 4 days and my stay could not have been any better. We were greeted by a double rainbow from our balcony!

My room was extremely large (for European standards) and had 2 queen beds, besides a sofa that can be converted as a bed. A nice work desk with LAN cable and multiple plug power points and a a huge balcony with cane chairs was part of the room. The best part of this room is that it has an exceedingly good kitchenette, with pans, utensils, microwave and a refrigerator. With a market close by our family was able to do some simple cooking, reheating without a fuss and were able to enjoy lightly cooked fresh vegetables during our stay.

Our stay was extremely comfortable and I have posted some photos of the nice studio room that we stayed in. Highly recommended for families travelling with kids that would like to stay in the same room and great value for money! Thank you SPG and Four Points Munchen!

hotel location was perfect. Close to 2 metro stops. Hotel was clean and service was friendly. Not over the top but a fairly basic hotel. I paid for 4 nights with free night vouchers that I had received and the 5th night paid for. I found the cost per night quite high for what we were getting. It was comfortable and clean. We were in Munich for Christmas Markets and were surprised to find a huge Market right behind the hotel. That was an added bonus! It was on the ground for October fest...so this location would be ideal for that journey!

The hotel room was huge and great for our family. We only stayed one night but it was a good stay. The beds were comfortable and the view was pretty amazing. Unfortunately the construction started up really early on Saturday and disturbed our sleep. Then housekeeping was cleaning the floors in the hall at 8AM, which also didn't help. There was construction going on in the garage but once we figured out how to get to the side where the hotel entrance was, we were good to go. Overall this was a good stay in a good hotel.

Great hotel with modern design. Nice quieter location. Good brand new mall just around the corner. Lots of food choices in the neighborhood. Might be a bit far to walk to central Munich for some, 20 to 30min depending on your pace. I had several small deficiencies but the staff was exceptional in resolving promptly. Very attentive staff. Better than most other hotels. The executive room is better than regular double room, family room is awesome. Second time staying with the hotel, would come again.

The hotel is nice, attached to shopping mall. The only
complain I have is the entrance to the hotel, is not a
paved road so it could be a struggle if you're
traveling with heavy luggage and there is no
luggage assistant here. As well when it's raining, it'll
be harder as there is no canopy outside the front
door
What I do love is being upgraded, it pays to be a
member of the bonvoy.
The room is nice and clean, spacious with balcony
access. It is quiet and not so noisy. The staff is also
friendly. The breakfast offering is pretty decent,
though I do like the breakfast at Aloft Munich better,
but this is equally good. There is plenty of restaurant
at the mall, as well as good branded shops.
