Flixbus experience Munich-Florence. 13hrs Bus ride was smooth and safe. Bus arrived on time in Munich terminal and reached Florence in acceptable time even it was quite a traffic in some tunnel in Italy. I can repeat this kind of journey again.

The terminal is dirty and there is not a lot of seating I recommend going to the top floor where there is a shopping mall and it is easier to find seating

Horrible. We booked a bus to Garmisch from Munich. Bus got delayed by an hour. Driver wanted passports even though we are traveling within Germany. Information desk was helpful, they booked us again on another bus with no fees. Kudos to them. The second driver didn't allow us to place a baby stroller (we need to pay 9 euro) but the ticket states that every passenger was entitled to 10 kg pf luggage. Wont use again

Worst customer service of all time. 40 people were left behind because flixbus sent a smaller bus than they were supposed to. We have no place to sleep and there’s no one we can reach to help us. Not even the police was able to get the bus drivers to call us a bigger bus. There’s people who are going to miss their planes in Venice. We’re a group of 14 students u0026 can’t get a place to sleep because every hostel is full. I‘m never using flixbus again!!!!????????????????????????????we were also illegally photographed by the bus driver because we blocked the bus so they couldn’t get away without calling us someone.

Awful company. We had to stop to get diesel and a new driver on the way to the airport, which made us 30 minutes late. How can you do that when you're going to an airport where everyone has a scheduled takeoff time? Unbelievable! Avoid at all costs!

International Bus Station in Munich, Germany. It is very near to Munich Central Railway station. It is also connected with bus / tram / metro possibilities.
There are enough coffee shops, super market, international Bus service offices etc.

I have travelled from Munich to Prague and return... For Prague from Munich - It's better use bus than trains. As buses are chepper in cost and taking less time. So it's saving your time and money as well.
Flixbus are proving great service and english spoken staffs as well... cticket booking ounter staffs are very helpful and gentle nature... pilot of bus also very very helpfull. Best part is it's safe and secure service, they never over speeding, you feel very comfort and relax during whole trip.
Only one issue you will face that free Wi-Fi are very limited... it's will give you excess net up to 150mb only also Wi-Fi not working in some the buses.
One more good thing that they keep plying English songs at low volume, it's make your trip more pleasant.
The best place to seat is top roof to get beautiful view and better if got front one at top driver seat. Roads between Munich to Prague are very good and natural views are amazing... that give you a great experience of Europeian forming fields both side of roads.
So at end I can say that flixbus service very good at convenient price. In future it's going to ply very big roll in Euro trip..! As trains are getting costly day by day.
