We had a nice twin room. Although the beds were still together and we had to push them apart ourselves. It was reasonably spacious and had a partial wall dividing the sitting area from the sleeping area. This was good because the wall stopped the air conditioning blowing directly onto us at night. The design of the room is clean and functional but lacks some character, probably designed with the business traveller in mind. It is reasonably quiet and dark at night. The bathroom is a nice design and had two basins. Note that at least in our room the shower is over the bath. There is no hand rail to assist getting in or out so check with staff when booking if this might be a problem for you.
The location is about 20 minutes from the city centre by taxi or metro. There are two metro stops a few minutes away. This means you are away from the hustle and bustle of the city but also have fewer choices for restaurants. We wanted to eat traditional but there are only two places within 10 minutes walk. The hotel restaurant is Italian food.
The included breakfast was the best we had on the trip.

Personable staff, large comfortable room and terrific location. I will definitely seek out other Flemings Hotel. I highly recommend this property!

Open view shower and lavatory is not a problem but if you need WC during the night you are obliged to light on the whole room when someone other is sleeping next to you

My GF was there on a business trip and liked the room and the Hotel in general. Food was nice too she said. From my part, I would like to add that the staff is extraordinary nice and capable: I wanted to surprise my GF with a little gift in her room to brighten her day and staff realised this in a wonderfull way. Props to them, for that extraordinary and swift realisiation. Of course I mentioned, that I was willing to pay for that service but given the service and that beautiful realisation, pricing was absolutely fair. That service was definitely out of the ordinary.

Good location, personnel very friendly, room clean, we were able to get a late check out without issue and even got a room upgrade. I have no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely come back!

A bit disappointed after the great reviews. Booked the superior room to have a little more room as we were travelling with our 1 year old. The room was quite dated and small. The ‘double bed’ was two singles pushed together. Bathroom and shower were both just behind glass walls, not much privacy. The worst was that the a/c started dripping water during the evening and apparently the only thing they could do was to advice us not to use it... thankfully it was not one of the hottest nights but with 3 people in that small room it would have been nicer to be able to use the a/c!

Breakfast and location were both great, no complaints there.

All in all I did not find this hotel to be of amazing value - or I just had higher expectations.
