Good hotel, nice location next to tram and metro stops. Big supermarket behind the hotel. The staff was very friendly the rooms are small and clean. The breakfast is simple but fine. Only cons is no kettle or fridge in rooms.

Although the room is quite big on the top floor, but the roof is angled and I hit my head in the ceiling few times. The entry to the parking is so narrow that I was lucky not to scratch my car

I have stayed in Mercure Hotel Muenchen Schwabing many times as I come to Munich for trade shows twice a year. The hotel is very well located, close to the underground. I really like the Schwabing area as there are many restaurants and shops. I will stay in Mercure Schwabing again.

Good stay , break fast needs to be enriched,
Very important that Tv Channels should care of guests not speaking Germane e.s ( English, French , Arabic) .
Rooms shoud be equipped with mini bars especially with heat wave periods in Munich .Reception area need to be renovated.

The hotel was nice and cozy: really liked the bottle of cleaning products instead of disposable travel-sizers and the breakfast was very good. However, the heating in the room was rather a sauna and wasn't easy to adjust. But I think it's for winter period only. Can recommend!

Room was tight but had everything we needed for a weekend in the city. Staff was super friendly and helped us with directions to several places

Clean and quiet. New facilities. Even with a/c problem they changed room immediately.
