Nice and big space, 24h open, suuuuper friendly staff and lots of cardio equipment. Some weight equipment only exists in single leading to waiting time, still avoidable in less busy hours. The class selection is good as well.

The worst customers service ever, I have ended my corona time and they give me my money back, after that i found they send my every month that i need to pay 20 Euro + 2.5 Euro!!!! And even they disabled my card i can't enter the gym. The told me i need to fill form online and the will reply at me in 2 weeks???!!!! Two weeks! Why ?? You have then a lot of problem with your customers.

Whatever i will begin to contact my lawyer to see my legal option

FitX used the corona break to renovate and upgrade all the equipment, which is great. However since the studio reopened the difficulty level of the courses has dropped significantly. It used to have more challenging courses than the other studios in Munich, but not anymore.

It's an ok gym for the price. Not enough squat racks or lower weight (1kg to 9kg) free weights. Having to have a 1 year contract is really annoying. I was only staying in Munich for 11 months when I signed up so 1 whole month will go in the drain. I had initially given it 3 starts but had to lower to 1 once summer came around. The gym has no aircon and very weak ceiling fans. It's a warehouse with giant windows and it is a sauna inside. I can't workout without feeling faint and nauseous. It is really getting in the way of my performance. It's unfair and irresponsible to leave things as they are, the treadmill area is especially hot and needs some floor fans pointing to the runners. Impossible to do your best running the way it is. Overheating is NOT good for you! The only redeeming thing is that the staff is really nice.

I have been in many Gyms in different countries, and I must say so far this one is the best :)
It’s spacious, clean, ventilated and enough of almost every device. I specifically love the huge space and the loft style of the design of the whole gym. There should be more branches of FitX in München!

Great place. With lots of space and a big variety of equipments/machines. Friendly and helpful staff. Free drinks and free parking. Also very clean . Only problem is when it's hot and sunny outside , it tends to get also hot on the inside.

Be careful with contract period!!!
Fitx is NOT flexible for accepting the cancelation of contract.
I missed about 6 days (due to Christmas/new year holiday) for the cancellation notification, and Fitx didn't accept.
E-mails are coming and out for clarification.
Finally, Fitx hired collection agencies to collect the money(actually never used for new year), even under the special condition(COVID-19).
Very disappointed.
