Buyer beware: NO AIR CONDITIONING!!

I had an international flight cancellation that stranded me in Munich in August so I booked this (non-refundable) room in a hurry. With such high reviews (in 2022 in a modern city) it didn't even cross my mind there wouldn't have air conditioning. Well, here I am sweltering in my room at 23:00. The windows open to a very loud and busy street through which mosquitos will fly and eat you alive. Apparently there is supposed to be a portable fan in each room - but when my room was missing one I was just told "sorry there's nothing we can do" by the front desk. Mosquito repellant at least? Nope, they don't have that either.

Also there is no iron and only one pillow with about ten feathers in it on my bed. Fantastic.

Looks decent as in room bed etc but was dirty, toilet seat was stained yellow, white drapes had dried bloos on them.. we didnt even get slippers to wear in room, carpet was very dirty along side other things, reception was friendly.

Good location. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice balcony off the room..

Nice service, clean, good breakfast, balcony in the room, perfect location ❤️

One minus - two single mattress on double bed. For couple is uncomfortable, especially if in our reservation we mention about ONE double bed with ONE mattress.

The hotel location is perfect for oktoberfest. The room is spacious and fairly comfortable. The bed could be softer but that's my personal preference. The biggest negative about the place is if you're in one of the rooms that's not separated from the stairwell by a door, it can get very very loud with drunk hotel guests coming back to their rooms throughout the night. The lack of air conditioning may be annoying during the summer but it was not a problem during our stay. Hotel staff are friendly and are available 24 hours at the desk. The included breakfast buffet is decent, so far we've only been to it very early in the morning but are told it gets quite crowded later on in the morning. I would say this stay is a positive experience overall, although it could be better.

We spent one night in this hotel, while on a Bavarian road trip. What a mistake. There was no conditioning, which made it miserable on a warm July night. The street is very loud with ambulances constantly running up and down the street with sirens on. Worst night of sleep ever! Staff was not accommodating, allowing me to leave my car parked in their garage for an extra 2 hours before my flight departed (couldn't even pay for it).

On the positive note, the rooms are large and clean.
