The facilities are pretty good and I really enjoyed coming here. They wouldn’t pause my membership while I was on maternity leave (gym is near my work not my home). This might be ok under normal circumstances, but with all the added months to my contract due to covid, I would really have appreciated some flexibility. So I’ve had to quit my membership, pay for 8 months that I could not use (while being unpaid) and will now look for a new gym when I’m back at work in a coupe of months. As per other reviews, poor customer service, which is unacceptable for a gym of this price. Such a shame.

The equipment was very good BUT the service deserves just a 1 star.
I went today for my Probetraining and ask for help and support and all I got was: “here is the area for the legs, here is the area for the arms and have fun”
I actually called in the morning for more information about the Probe and they invited us to go there. Once there, nobody cared anymore.

My contract renovated automatically even It was told me that after 7 months will end by itself, since I don't know German I trusted the word of employees. Now, I have to pay another 7 months because I did not end contract in written form. And no one take responsibility of misleading i formation I received. Zero understanding from Elements and complete lack of Customer service

I am a member since 2016 - and happy every time I come to the studio. I find there all I need for a perfect training. The staff is really helpful and friendly.

I like it very much.

The trainers are very professionell.

The welness area has different hot rooms. In this location there is no pool available.

What i also like are the egym devices with the Monitoring function.

Customer service doesn’t exist! They make profit out of people by not giving the right information how to end contract so you are in trap of months!
Expats, stay away from Elements if you don’t want to treated badly!

Actually this is a great gym with awesome trainers, very good equipment and a nice wellness area. It is quite expensive, but was worth it. But since the beginning of this year, it is just totally overcrowded: You have to wait most of the time until a fitness device is free, the flexible training area is already full of people and they still run courses there. Also the changing rooms are so crowded that it gets uncomfortable and I also had to wait at the showers. It's crowded like a cheap fitness studio. I hope they will change that soon.
