Incredibly Amazing Staff lead by Francesco the Manager. They were Kind,Helpful,Informative and so very wonderful. The rooms were clean and the beds so comfortable. They even have a laundry room to clean our dirty clothes . The breakfast was Tasty and a wide variety . If your in Munich Germany this is where You Must stay. Francesco will for sure make it His mission You have a great stay. We Stayed 3 nites

Pros: Very central location, steps away from the train station and the city. Convenient parking garage.
Cons: Rooms not ready until after 16:00. Staff is useless when it comes to customer satisfaction or being able to plan ahead for guest arrivals. Very dirty carpet in the room. Stains, dirt, hair, etc…
Breakfast was okay, but all items that supposed to be hot were cold.
This is a budget hotel, and I guess you get what you pay for. Our mistake for choosing this hotel solely based on its location.

Really nice atmosphere and friendly staff. There is a train station directly behind the hotel and plenty of bike lanes available. We parked our car for the entire weekend. Their breakfast is pretty good as well.

Most people speak English, and are very helpful with any questions. Staying here makes traveling easier. The Tram runs right in front of the hotel. About a block away is the bus station. Two blocks away is the train station. There's a small grocery store right next to it, and plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Hard to believe this is a Hilton managed hotel.

The service provided by this hotel is very sloppy and non-standard, such as putting my luggage directly into a storage room without provide any luggage ticket or can’t provide me with the room I booked.

Even more irritating is the extremely unprofessional cleaning staffs. Not only will they forget to put away the bath towels you used the day before, forget to change the cups and spoons you used, as well as the paper towels you've used up. They will also choose not to clean up the rubbish you leave in the house, but to throw away the personal items you bring. Not to mention that in a Hilton-owned hotel you can see cleaning staff without uniforms, which is ridiculous.

The only thing that deserves our praise is that the breakfast is quite plentiful. Everything else I don't think it lives up to the experience the title 'Hilton Garden' deserves.

Air Conditioning was very bad, it wasn't cooling at all, asked the reception many times for help, the only solution they've provided was to open the windows!!! in HOT SUMMER ?? bed was too small.
I'm a Gold Hilton HHonors member, I was expecting a better room with a proper a/c as this is a 4 star hotel.
Breakfast was the same all the days, you'll find many mini mosquitos in the bread area.
Staff was friendly, they're doing their best, even thought asking for a pillow will take more than 24hr.
Staying in a warm room for 10 days was a disaster, totally not recommended.

Disappointed with hotel staff. Hilton not adhering to pre-checking room selections and then not accommodating to help offer better or same room on diff floor. On top not willing work when offered to downgrade my room to have better view of the city instead of courtyard and another hotel building.
