They didn't include multiple parts of my friends bowl, and also the avocado in my bowl was disgusting. The atmosphere is cute though, and I liked the chicken.

I’m needed to make a quick business call so I stopped in for some lunch and a quiet space. The blonde lady at the counter was very unpleasant and was very obviously bothered to be serving me. I built my own salad and it came out to almost €17. It tastes great but no mix of leaves and veggies should cost that much… I’m grateful for the quiet space and the healthy lunch but I guess there’s a reason there isn’t anyone else here… probably won’t be back.

I have been going to Dean and david serval times and the food is ok but the staff is extremely unfriendly, even rude. While ordering my bowl (the same order I always take) the cashier got my add ons wrong. After receiving my order I mentioned that there is a mistake. Instead of finding a solution they argue in a very impolite way that this is my mistake. This is not the first time that the staff is unfriendly with anyone entering the store. A very disappointing experience which leads to me not going there anymore.

I like the food in all stores of the chain. But this review is for this one specifically.

I can handle de overpriced salad, but not the rude staff and absolutely can’t handle the badly installed bell sensor ringing every time someone in the line moves.

Terrible uninviting environment that could be fixed with the slightest will from management.

The salads are, as always, exceptionally yummy, but the place itself is an absolute disaster. There is trash everywhere, there is no toilet or sink to wash your hands, the WiFi is there but the password is not available to guests unless you ask for it specifically, and the poor guy working there on Sunday all alone is just drowning in work. Of course he is! How can 1 person possibly cook, clean and take orders?
The owners need to reconsider their cost-cutting and start treating their employees and customers with respect. I hope the management rewards the only guy who was working all alone on that day.
Management - shame on you, this Dean and David is the worst in town.

Unfriendly staff. The woman was laughing at me and my friend because it took us more time to choose since we didn't know german and had to translate some of the words. It's bit pricey but the salads we got were delicious.
