Very good location, nice neighbourhood. Extremely clean and well-equipped room, friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Would recommend especially if you're not fond of large-chain anonymous hotels. This is much better.

A hotel where you feel at home. Very well situated near many places of attraction. It is a walking distance from the main square. It is my second staying and I have only words of praise. The rooms are very clean, the service excellent and the staff super friendly. Yesterday, I arrived with a sore foot - I got my room immediately, was provided with some ice pack and helped with the luggage. Couldn't have asked for more. I enjoy breakfast in genuine Rosenthal china and silver cutlery. Very classy. This is my place to stay in Munich. Thank you kindly Hotel Hauser an der Universitat. ????❤

Great location, 200 meters from the Universitat station and 200 meters from a tram station and if you need to use a bus it is just around the corner. The room was small but clean, service was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding. I don't think I had caviar before :) The last but not least is the reasonable price considering Munich (with AC and breakfast). Overall I can only recommend, you won't make mistake with this hotel.

I’ve just spent 3 nights at Hotel Hauser. The welcome was friendly, my single room was cosy, clean and comfortable. The shower is excellent, not too high for an old man to climb into. Breakfast is a really good choice. Very tasty fresh fruit. The only disappointment was over the weekend the croissants didn’t re-appear. Maybe the bakery closed. The situation was ideal for my purpose visiting the University but it is also only a 15 to 20 minute flat walk or 2 stops on the U Bahn to Marienplatz, the real centre of the City.
I would highly recommend the hotel for a visit to Munich.

Very clean and cosy place. The staff is kind and friendly and they take care of the details and the quality of the service. The breakfast is good. Very quiet place and close to the city center. I totally recommend.

Very good hotel. Very clean. The rooms aren't big, but comfortable enough. Excellent breakfast. Very near to city center, museums, the English Garden, U-Bahn. Buses stops on the street. Plenty of places to eat around. Recommended.

This family run hotel is perfect for our stay. It is quaint, quiet, and clean! The breakfast was plentiful and the hotel staff are helpful, fast, and efficient. We will definitely reserve a room here again, it's highly recommended.
