Went for a one hour free-gym session and left feeling like I was covered in a thin layer of grime. Very friendly staff and decent sized studio, but unfortunately it’s a bit dusty. Also the mats are very dirty. Sprayed down a mat and wiped it after using it and the tissue was black. Maybe guests don’t clean up after themselves, but then I think the studio should. I booked using Classpass and unfortunately don’t think I will return.

It's really a good Crossfit Box, I've started visiting it half-year ago and tryed 3 Munich boxes before it, this one is best in terms of available space, equipment and facilities. I'm doing here Open Gym trainings and they have a lot of slots for that and space even during classes, my wife taking part in groups here and it's really good experience - they do have groups for novices, people who want to keep form and advanced ones as well as personal trainings. I can strongly recommend this place if you are looking for crossfit box in Munich.

Had my trial session last Saturday. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and how everyone was so friendly and welcoming especially coach Jessica. She was very considerate of my fitness state during the training and provided translation to English to make sure I understand correctly the exercises. Thank you Crossfit eo and looking forward to my next sessions.

This is a nice Gym to workout, very accommodating to Drop-ins, (i did reserved a spot months in advance so i was good), facilities are new, clean and pretty high end.
In the five boxes that i have visited on this trip to Germany, this is the best equipped so far as i have seen....
My main purpose of visiting different boxes in all my travels is to observe different box cultures.
i did an open gym session (everyone is doing their own thing) so nobody bothered me... :) which is fine actually. The following class, which was a fitness class seemed well attended and fun.
This is a recommended box.

I love it, that is why I'm a member since more than a year now. I love the coaches, the community and the box. Plenty of space and the equipment is top notch!

Great CrossFit box in Munich. They are continually improving the facilities with more and new stuff and regarding the coaches, they are simply amazing. All of them speak excellent English and have a deep CrossFit knowledge.

Joined a month ago.... never did cross fit before... the staff made it easy join and are very gracious and attentive. And then the punishment begins in getting back into shape. Great workout, great instructors.
