Munich is incredible and this Hotel did not disappoint. Helped us have an incredible time. The workers were fantastic, just with the rooms got a little colder. Pretty close to great food spots, and even a few playgrounds for kids. Good location, good breakfast, good hotel overall.

Hyperion hotel München is very modern hotel with nice rooms. I booked Panorama room which is my favourite with a view on city. Hotel has also modern gym on 14 floor. It takes only 10 min with a tram from hotel to Marienplatz, city centre. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Staff members were very helpful, and friendly, especially reception. I will definitely comeback here.

Overall a not so nice stay. Because of the following reasons:
- when we came to our room, there were big black stains in the white bathroom. After telling the receptionist, they noticed it and did not proceed with any actions. A decent hotel would have given us a clean room.
- note that the „superior“ and „comfort“ room are EXACTLY the same despite the direction of the windows (could mention that in the booking details)
- you can’t open ANY window in the room. Because of that the AC has to be on 24/7 if you are in the room. You can’t turn it off. It is pointer directly on the bed. I get sick when i sleep with the AC on. This wasn’t noted anywhere on the booking site.

So yeah this was a uncomfortable stay and i got sick afterwards.
On checkout I told the receptionist all of these things.
The answer was: „Yes I understand. This really is not nice.“ That’s it.

The room itself was nice and modern.

After talking with 3 clerks... I learned that the AC is limited by the Hotel Manger for more than 3 years... I believe to save electricity / money. Its a good hotel that needs to change the manager... the clerks will provide you a ventilator while the AC will go on/off continuously... all the staff knows... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE during summer... hope the manager is changed soon... ¦0¦ !!!!

Good hotel and very nice reception but there's only one reason I won't come back to it there is a short guy works in the restaurant bar who wears glasses he is very very rude and I think his racist to some people like Arab or muslims , he knows his bad behavior and what hi do when Arab or muslims customers come so talk with him and see what his problem with us .

Not clean , not providing minimal hospitality things like water or cotton moreover house keeper dont put clean towels or make the bed + AC very Hot +location wise far from attractions . I dont recommend it to anybody
