Of course you can find better pizza than here! But it was not bad. Not all of the waiters behave nice! I had a bad experience from the waiter’ bad behavior ! I never go there for the second time! I even pay much more money which is not written down in the bill and nobody answered my question why the bill is different than my payment

While Ciao Ragazzi is located beautifully behind the university, I don't think I would go there for a second time. We sat outside as a group, and the waiter took so long to get our orders that we almost went inside as we thought we had to order at the counter. Also, the waiter seemed rather annoyed that he had to do some work now. The pizzas were mediocre at best - I didn't taste a lot besides the flavour of burnt dough. I think the place is okay in general, but given the location, there are better alternatives around.

The pizza tasted ok and the stuffings on top tasted pretty fresh . But there are better tasting pizzas around so putting more stars would not be fair. The place looks nice and is almost pretty full . Problem is that because it is sometimes too full the service gives you the felling that the want to serve you as quick as possible in order to give the next guy a table. Which is not nice. It felt a bit too pushing.

Really nice place. As soon as we enter one person give us a table and a menu. Not really big menu but in a good way, you have enough to decide with a few recommendations and specials (including a few drinks and a wine of the week) included in the first page. The food was really nice. The broucheta was really tasty, and the pizzas really nice quality and flavourful. Really good mood between workers. Good price for the food, easy to recommend

The Pizza was ok but the toppings were honestly added very sparingly and on top of that one of the staff mumbled something negative under his breath about me wearing nail polish and then another waiter asked me if I was wearing nail polish because of a political movement or it is was a thing that I did it for women. This all happened in the span of less than 2 minutes because I just picked up the pizzas and that was the only remark they made to me. Very uncomfortable and unnecessary. Place doesn’t seem very queer friendly to me.

Very tasty pizza ????, for a really good price. The staff is friendly, they recommend what to choose and give their personal review and what they think about each pizza. The location is nice, the restaurant is cozy. Would definitely recommend it.

The place is easy to find, has a good amount of choices in terms of pizza and it's delicious. The staff is nice, they speak multiple languages (German, English, Italian) and polite. The restaurant also has spaces to sit outside in the summer which makes this a great place to spend a warm afternoon.
