Aquarium, Zoo Hellabrunn

I really like the zoo and I do like this aquarium. It's a bit on the small side, but yet has quite a few fish tanks and a wide variety of fish and other water creatures from all over the world. The interior is nicely simply, keeping the focus on the animals. It could need a few child-friendly explanations/signs though.

Small aquarium but goes very well with overall big zoo setup...my daughter loved the place.. Specially tiny clownfishes????????

it was so much fun there, it's a good place to be especially when you have a good weather.

It's pretty nice but small too. Best thing, has very good Parks to play for kids. The worsts, you can find animal places without the animal, because it's dead like the Bear in my case...

The aquarium is, to me, one of the more disappointing venues in the zoo. It's fairly dark, even by aquarium standards, and doesn't really have an impressive selection of fish. They're all rather "bland", and it feels kind of like being in a freshwater aquarium. All fish are kind of grey and green. Also, it's pretty cramped and small in general.

But it's still nice enough and I always come here when I'm at the zoo.
