It's not the first time I've used the services of this transportation company, I always get first-class service. I choose them because they provide the highest service. Large selection of cars, professional drivers. On the last trip we ordered a Mercedes Benz V-Class van. I have not had any complaints and everything was of the highest level. We are very happy. We have been working with BCS Travel for a year. No complaints. The guys do an excellent job. Buses are never late. Professional drivers respect the speed limit. By all accounts we are satisfied.

BCS did not confirm their bus availability in Berlin before request me to send my Credit Card Authorisation .
After I sign the credit card authorisation to them , BCS inform me the bus is not available and Need to charge me double the price . Very poor communication and ir-responsible service.
Finally i need to cut my credit card to avoid their charge.
Terrible outcome.
