This gym is amazing! The location is ideal and the equipment is of top quality. The coaches are simply amazing. I came here a few months ago and they taught me so much. Honestly this is an investissent that I’m extremely happy about. Furthermore, the people going to the gym are nice as well and depending at what time you go, you can even end up making gym buddies!

I have become a member of Prime Time fitness half a year ago and have not regretted it for once. The gym is really up-to-date well-equipped with stylish design and helpful staff. Besides, air conditioning system works well so it is never hot or stuffy. I really enjoy training there and highly recommended this chain among Premium fitness studios in Munich. The high price is definitely justified by its quality.

Great gym! There is a good variety of equipment to use. Everything is nice, clean and of high standard. All staff are super nice and helpful. A big plus that they also speak excellent english!
Overall great place, would recommend to anyone!

I trained here from 2018 to 2019, and was quite happy with this gym.

Machines and the free weight section are top notch. They have three squat racks and a few benches, and every machine you'd expect, and a few you wouldn't. No reverse hyper or hamstring curl machine when I was there, but everything else, including a section for mobility work and stuff like this. I did not use the heart-rate-monitoring or the Milon circle.

I didn't find it crowded. There were people around, but I rarely had to wait for a machine, a bench or a rack, and most of the time I was able to do super-sets.

When I moved (and therefore switched gyms), I just told them by phone that I would not renew. The contract ran out, just as you'd expect. No trouble.

Nice place, very clean and well equipped with everything you might need for a great workout. Plenty of squat racks. The staff are nice, particularly Chris, who welcomed us to the gym and showed us around.

Trainer and the equipment here are good too. However, this gym doesn’t allow women to wear sports bra to workout. We are in 2022, please don’t tell women what we can wear and can’t wear. One guy walked over to me and asked me to put a shirt on. I don’t feel welcomed despite that’s what they are trying to achieve and I feel they are making me feel shameful about my body. I just moved here so I can’t speak for people here but I was taught to love my own body no matter what shape it is in. I will cancel my membership at the earliest date and go to somewhere else that I feel welcomed.

The most horrible experience !

I am a foreigner and was looking for a nice gym.

I subscribed to the gym at Leopoldstraße where I was so pressured to signed the contract and months later I asked them to cancel my subscription because I changed my location.
Instead, they kept on sending letters to my old address, pressuring me to pay with fines added.

I sent multiple emails to explain my problem but all they could say was, PAY !!!

So I am now forced to pay a membership while not even living in Munich whereas their agent, told me before I signed the contract, that I could unsubscribe to the membership if I had valid reasons.
Of course this was a lie !

It is a shame for a company like yours to treat its clients this way. You benefit more by telling the truth upfront and genuinely caring for people than just trying to fill your pockets with money.

I hope my experience can save someone from being scammed and I highly do NOT recommend this gym.

Ps: Also read the other negative comments carefully. You will realise its the same strategy they use to trap people and get their money.

I genuinely feel sorry for this company. #zeromorals
