My husband and I visited swimming pool and had incident with other customer. Other client wanted to swim all alone in a swimming lane and kicked out my husband to other lane. Also, he complained to the pool manager (Emanuel) and Emanuel asked us to move to other lane because of “First come, first served rule” and let him swim alone in a whole lane because the other customer wanted to swim alone in the middle. Emanuel told us there is a rule if other customer prefers swimming all alone, so others need to move to other lane. We asked to show the rules, but he did not show one and promised to show next time. I have never seen such rules before. If there are 20 people in the swimming pool and one of them wants to swim alone, will you move the rest 19 to the other lane because of “First come, first served “ rule? It is insane! I asked to treat all customers the same way, but we were treated subjectively. On top of that, the other customer humiliated us by saying that there is something wrong with our culture and mindset and that we are in Germany and he does not want us to swim with him. He discriminated us in front of the pool manager Emanuel and he did not say anything and kept supporting him. The only thing we wanted is to have a rest after working day and get a good customer experience. Just keep in mind if you want to swim there could be other person who can kick you out and the pool management will support it!
