The level of service at Bachmann u0026 Scher was exceptional and hence deserves a positive review. Drove there from Belgium and will happily go back to either buy or sell a watch. If you are looking to buy or sell a watch I can genuinely state with confidence: this place is 100% worth a detour for many reasons (which is not an easy thing to say in today's watch market). Highly recommended!

I got a Panerai from Bachmann u0026 Scher. This was my first time with them. Thanks to Simon about his professional communication about the watch prior to the transaction. Everything was smooth. Fast shipping and very good packaging. The watch was as described. Definetely recommended.

I just bought a new watch for the 2d time at Bachmann u0026 Scher. Very happy with the quality (which is very well described on the internet site thanks to high resolution detailed pictures) and the service: the watch has been shipped to France within 48 hours very well packed. A dealer you can trust for remote acquisition, even for high end watches. They have watches in real mint conditions.

I have ordered 3 times to Bachmann u0026 Scher. I was absolutely pleased with the service and support each time. I check their offers very often and I'm sure I'll buy again from them. Definitely highly recommended.

be careful with this company! not trustable

I bought a patek nautilus yellow gold, i went to salon patek for remove some links to wear it.
Patek watchmaker said screws link are damaged and not in gold, need to drill it if possible.
Finally they can't and cutted 2 links

it cost me 354€ + 2 links at 663€ each

I bought this watch to Bachmann because i tought it's a reputable german company and also they said me watch was controlled by their watchmakers and everything is in excellent condition.

They offered me 200€ to compensate 1680€ of damage.

So my conclusions are:
-Their watchmakers didn't check well this patek and they think their same watchmakers are more trustable than Salon Patek Vendome to drills links.
-Mr Bachmann and his sale team don't want to accept something is wrong in this deal and don't accept to compensate more than 200€ for a 24000€ watch.

Usually you drill out the bracelet screws if the heads are squeezed ( the screws are very thin and very fragile ) for us, even it is Patek Philippe workshop it looks not very professional to cut and destroy the bracelet links.
Please mention a problem before so we are able to compensate.
Never then less we would offer you 200.-€

Dear Mr Martinez , if you would have give us the chance to repair we could have save the links for sure .
Its very kind from our side to pay anything because all Guarranty repairs must be made with us our with an appraisal first and needs our agreement.
