I had a nice dinner here with a friend. I will comeback to try other dishes on the menu.

I will update my review, once I've tried a different item and if i feel it needs to be updated. But so far during my visit last night it was nice. Food is good and beer is cold. :)

Lovely place to have good beer and food to pair with it. They are quite busy, I suggest you reserve a table early or come in before the usual time for meals. The service was fast and had a good sense of humour. Conveniently nestled in a central location as well.

We reserved due its popularity and they had saved us a nice table. Staff were busy but still managed to be attentive - in stark contrast to the Hoffbrauhaus opposite where the service is poor! Food was excellent and we left full. Atmosphere was great - as was the beer. Probably our best meal during our time in Munich and it felt like an authentic Bavarian experience. Would recommend but do book to avoid disappointment!

A small group of us wanted to find a really good German restaurant, so we stopped by.

We had a German colleague with us, so that was a plus.

The service was pretty good, sometimes waiting on the server to come back for drinks, but overall, it was good. The Currywurst and the Schnitzel were amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly.

This is my first time in EU and my last day in Munich to have dinner before flying back.

The food is great. The potato tastes delicious and native. The pork elbow is awesome.

Just one feeling, that the waiter is less friendly or proactive. Not sure why... Probably because I were speaking English rather than Germany?

Overall, the quality of food is good to have a try after hanging around Marienplatz

First we were seated at one table with some strangers even though there was planty of free tables around. Then we weren't given a menu despite asking for it (although I've heard waitress saying no vegan options expect one salad are available, so place definitely not suitable for vegans as well as vegetarians). At the end waiter took loads of time to finally let us pay. Generally the service seems to not care to much. Don't go there, especially if you don't eat meat, the only thing I found there was a shelter from rain but I'd still rather stay outside.

The waiter was pleasant but the food was hit and miss. We both ordered practically the same thing but one dish came out a good ten minutes before the second one. Then the second was really overcooked, pretty much charred. It felt a bit like a tourist trap.
