Amazing experience!
I bought my first bike in here today:)
Great variety of bicycles, clothing and all the necessary things you might need.
I was very lucky to meet Mr. Michael- consultant from Georgia who helped me to choose just perfect model for me! He is very experienced and well knowledgeable about every detail.
Thank you for such a great and easy way of choosing bicycle!

I chose a bike for my 5 year old child and as they told us we went there the next day to pick up the new installed bike. From the installation field they brought the same bike that we tested the day before. They even didn’t remove the price tags. They didn’t make an explanation, just delivered the bike as a new one. I explained them and they told me that they have no stocks for that product and gave me 15 Euros discount for a 200€ bike. As all parents could understand an excitement of a child waiting for a new bike, i had to take their offer. The seat is 2 cm torn, but i had no other option. Newerthless, good place to test the bikes, not to buy.

One of the worst shop ever... we bought a bike last month and finally after 1 month waiting, they gave us an appointment for 11am today to pick up the bike! We went there waited 1 hour! finally they brought one of their smallest bike! which was not ours, ours was 28'! We had to wait 5 more hours until they brought our bike! But... they even did not excuse ! I would never ever buy any thing again from Stadler! They behave so unfriendly!!

Its a very very big bike shop. every kind of bike can be found here. You can try inside the shop and find out if the bike works for you. We bought today my son a bike and I am glad that we could find something we like, lightweight and good for 3+ kids. We actually went to choose one last week. They told us we can come and pick it up between 18 and 19.00 my husband went there and they didn't even know they had to put the parts together. We don't live in mannheim so its a long rad for us. My husband waited for more thN 40 min to have it put together. They finally prepared it but the carelessness really causes others time. Therefore 3 stars...

It's a good Store to buy bikes, but the after Sales service is not that good. So if you're planning to buy a bike and never go back, then the Store is a good choice. Buying spare parts and clothes is also good.

Crazy selection of bikes/e-bikes. Lots of space to ride. Better selection than almost all other bicycle stores that I've been to in the area.

Being a road bike newbie, I was very happy to recive such good counseling. Particularlly Mr Klaas was exceptionaly helpful with the selection of a new bike and Ms Meinhardt was very helpful when it came to road bike winter clothing.
It took me a few visits before i picked the right bike - the employees were patient, took their time to explain as well as always gave feedback on price-value. I can with certainty say that they have gained a regular costumer.
