Great party location for the CSD Mannheim although it was too hot inside and felt like no air ventilation was on. Even the staff complained about it. Also a little bit chaotic to order drinks, to get tickets at the Kasse and to walk around

This place is the mecca for alternative music with people coming from as afar as Stuttgart. I went for a concert and joined the party later. Come to expect 5 floors and great music all of what the scene has to offer at least when there is Schwarzes Mannheim on the first Saturday in the month at the time of writing. Parking can be a bit of a problem but the tram stop is not far away. The selection of beverages is okay there are even a few non alcoholic options but it could be better especially the latter since a whole lot of people take to drive there by car. I just love this venue and will be back for sure.

We mostly go to the SSM nights, which are pretty great, but I've never been to any of the other events. It seems constantly understaffed.

The staff was incompetent, the bass was so loud you couldn't hear anything over it, the toilets were dirty and without paper towels and halfway through the show the lights on the stage went out and they weren't able to fix them

Great small concert location. Reasonable prices for drinks. Bathrooms okish. View to the show was blocked in the center by equipment. After the show, everyone was kicked out, what was annoying
