Have been there multiple times for business trips. Nicely located close to the water tower multiple restaurants and evening locations are within foot walking distance. The rooms are quiet, and you get all the professional services of a hotel. Nice: You can park Your car in a large garage just below the hotel.

Great location, clean and efficient rooms but best of all a really great courteous staff at breakfast and the front desk as well as the cleaning help. All did a great job.
Very impressive considering the full occupancy of the hotel

Had great stay at this relatively new hotel. Everything was super, service and staff were very help and courteous. Parking was brilliant location for restaurants and activities all nearby. 5*

Before I mad my booking I called by phone and I asked specifically about the superior room bay window and they said it has a window and nice view.
I did the booking and I traveled hour and half to the hotel, they gave me a room with a very bad view and without window, I asked to be changed, they gave a room which was very ugly and totally not like the website photos and has no window.
I will attach the view from the second room, first one I didn’t made a photo.

I have an injury with my hand and there is a bandage over it, no body asked if we can help to bring the luggage up to the room instead they gave me a very faraway room and I went up and down 2 times.
Luckily my reservation has a cancellation, I went down and I canceled my reservation immediately and I went to another hotel.
Very bad experience I had

First they gave my a cheaper room then I had booked. Then they gave me a room with a view to a blind wall. At 7.30 am they start with construction work and drilling in the walls. For 178 euro per night I expect better.

Unfortunately really not a good experience. Service quality is terrible for a location like this. Place is not short staffed but uselessly staffed. Not sure what the food is like. I never received mine
