Lots of free seats outside, bought ice cream cones for the kids.
Lady shoo’ed us away since the stuff we bought are only take outs lol.
Sat on the steps right next to the store. Stingy store don’t eat here

Place with horrible people, I mean really MEAN employees and manager. High prices and mediocre service at all. I was with a baby and two elderly, and I was almost quicked out because one of us ordered ice cream directly in the counter. No one explained how things worked in the beginning and later they were very rude and with no manners.
A place to never come back again.

I spent an hour in this place on a hot evening recently while waiting for a later plan I had. I tried a strawberry milkshake that was quite good and a double expresso afterwards. I was watching the rest of a film on my phone I had started before, and was not bothered by anybody. It felt a little like in Italy... all the staff is italian and their selection reflects this, they are as friendly as you would expect in Italy as well, in other words, they are true to themselves, which I appreciated. I will indeed come back to try their italian desserts which looked great.

The worst staff I have ever met. They took my money in advance and made me wait for long time because I speak English ! The waiter was talking to the waitress in Italian and asked her not to serve me because the women who works inside the shop was talking to me in German and I couldn’t understand her! I just wanted to know where to order a take away! They think when they speak Italian I can’t understand them but I did ! They were very bad in this matter and didn’t show any respect! Taking the money in advance and not serving you is totally against the law! They should at least give my money back and not make me waiting all this time for no reason ! What such a behavior!! Truly poor service!

Very rude stuff. On a cold and windy evening we were asked to leave the table inside as we were eating ice cream in cones. We asked if we could order additionally coffee and still stay, response was that we can only use outside tables.
Appropriately, all the tables inside very empty and there was no queue.

High priced for mediocre service, drinks and food. Young people are not welcomed and will be pushed to leave again quickly with constant questions to order again. If no order follows the Manager will come personally to tell you to leave. Definitely not recomendable!!

Nice atmosphere and friendly service. They serve a good coffees and cakes.
