Das Parkhaus Maritim ist leider nicht sauber und es stinkt am Eingang nach Urin. Da muss ich meinen Vorrednern recht geben. Könnte man ja noch tollerieren, denn man ist ja nur zum Parken da und ncht zum Wohnen. Auch die Sauberheit und Helligkeit im Parkaus ist verbesserungsfähig. Parkfläche ist auch sehr knapp bemessen. Aber unangenehm ist der Gestank nach Urin und der Schmutz schon.
Bei der Parkgebühr finde ich das Preis -Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht mehr angemessen und es ist doch sehr bedenklich. Es wird nur nach vollen Stunden abgerechnet. Wenn es beim 9 Euro Ticket bleibt, dann hat man eine echte Alternative zu diesem Parkhaus und muss nicht mehr dort parken. Aber hinzu kommt, dass man zum nächsten Kassenautomaten erst ins andere Parkhaus laufen muss. Da hat man gleich die Minute überschritten, wenn man nach 59 Minuten am Parkhaus angekommen ist. Denn man läuft schon 2-3 Minuten zum nächsten Kassenautomaten, da der Kassenautomat leider am Eingang an der Treppe vom Maritim-Hotel kommend abgebaut wurde. Für 2 Euro die Stunde und 4 Euro bei eine Parkdauer von 1 Stunde und 5 Minuten könnte man mehr Sauberheit, Helligkeit und Platz erwarten. Denn eine sehr gute Wohnung kostet im Vergleich auch keine 4 Euro pro qm am Tag Kaltmiete! Umgerechnet auf die Parkfläche sind die Parkhäuser sehr teuer und die Preise sind nicht mehr angemessen. Von daher sind die Preise in Parkhäusern kein Schnäppchen! Aber keinen Menschen stört es.
