Elke introduced me to Iyengar Yoga two years ago when I was in Mannheim visiting. I loved it so much that I went home and continued practicing at a studio there.

I have been to more classes this trip and I am loving my experiences in her classes. She is a very thorough teacher and is very good at helping her students with the correct positioning of their bodies. This has helped me immensely as I had spent over 15 years very ill and unable to move. I had kyphosis of the spine and a lot of pain while standing and walking,

Ella is very talented with being able to see the root cause of issues you are struggling with and suggesting what to do to improve.

She is, simply put, an amazing yoga teacher.

I have been to many yoga classes in the last 10 years and Elke's is one of the best! She is very thorough and takes the time to make sure everyone is holding the position correctly.

Sehr lange habe ich nach einem Yogalehrer gesucht, der einfach ist wie Elke Werner und bin sehr glücklich bei Ihr gelandet zu sein.
Ihr Unterricht ist für mich einfach perfekt.
Ich bin Yoga Anfänger und Elke Werner sieht wirklich alles und korrigiert mich, was ich sehr gut finde.
Was mich besonders gefreut hat, daß ich nach dem zweiten Besuch schon Kopfstand machen konnte.
Es kommt auf die richtigen Hilfsmittel an und Elke kennt alle Hilfsmittel für jeden einzelnen Yogi, einfach eine tolle Yogalehrerin mit Meeeega Herz.
Seit ich vor Ort Yoga mache, bin ich nicht nur ausgeglichener sondern auch offener und glücklicher, nehme meine Umgebung nun anders wahr ...

Elke ist einfach die beste Yogalehrerin :) Ich bin jetzt seit 2,5 Jahren bei ihr im Unterricht und habe vorher schon Yoga in anderen Studios praktiziert und würde nie wieder woanders hin wechseln. Sie sieht Fehlstellungen sofort, korrigiert, spornt einen richtig an durchzuhalten und dabei gibt es auch immer viel zu lachen :) Und man merkt am nächsten Tag, wie der ganze Körper positiv belastet wurde und dass man etwas gutes für sich getan hat.

Keine Ahnung, wer diese Rosa Müller ist. Elke ist eine hervorragende Iyengar-Yogalehrerin, die sehr auf die korrekte Körperhaltung achtet. Nach nur wenigen Wochen bemerkt man einen tollen Fortschritt in den Yoga-Übungen und Nacken- und Rückenschmerzen sind gelindert.
