I stayed 6 days at the hotel to attend a conference. The location is ideal (I arrived from the UK by train), the accommodation is clean and comfortable and good value for money, and all the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. So why only three stars? A simple answer: the hotel WiFi was terrible and almost drove me crazy. It felt like going back in time by about 15 years. In 2022, it is simply not acceptable to have low-powered, intermittent WiFi. I hope the owners take this on board, because, for me, this spoiled what would otherwise have been an excellent hotel.
