The worst hotel ypu can stay in!! I got my laptop Mac pro and my passport robbed from inside the room and kicked out the next day because I called the police!! Please stay away from this hotel as they will treat you in the wprst way you can ever imagine. The Owner was furious about the whole situation and took it all on me, the staff was afraid and didnot want to help or even give me a key. Nothing is worth staying even for one night.

The bathroom is a catastrophe, the shower is like an American shower with just a head coming out of the wall. So basic and impractical no shower hose. The water pressure is also negligible.
Blocked sink . Had better for this price or even for less in some instances...!

Nice hôtel when you need it. Reception was full opened the guy was very friendly, price OK.
Beds are really good too. Have a wonderfull rest before taking train back Early in morning.

Do not stay here if you don't know German Language. Lady on reception very rude. She can't speak English. 1 Water bottle of 500ml charged to 2.5EURO. On our every question reception lady acts like we demanded her property, because of lack of Communication. Price high but less facility in room. No Complementary breakfast. No proper help/guidance from reception about city if you are first time in city. Better to choose other hotel.. Only Good and easy fast transport facility from Hotel that is Advantage..

excellent for the price (cheaper for 2 people than the sleeping in the local youth hostel) our room was clean and close to the elevator (which according to other reviewers was not working a while a ago but seems fine now)
staff was friendly and helpful, location is very close to the central trainstation which was the main reason we stayed here.
not sure if they have diffrent room sizes but the one we had was a normal 2 person hotel room size so I am not sure why a lot of the reviews here seem to slam them for roomsize

The hotel was spacious and staff was friendly. Probably about 10 minutes walk from the station. But its better to bring a travel steamer iron with you if you have a fancy event or business meeting because is no steam iron provided.

worst Hotel i have ever been - ugly and dirty room with mattress you can’t sleep on, because it’s too often used and softened. walls in the room are dirty too. but the guy at the front desk is really friendly
