What to say about this hotel???
Location is very good but almost everything else was disaster.
First there was no hot water and after half an hour there was no water at all.
At least they were so kind to give me my money back. Maybe it was only my bad luck and I will try to give them one more chance In the future.

The hotel is well located but the rooms and the place in general is quite old. The internet is awful and I have to say that it did not work in my whole stay.

The staff are warm and friendly. They also speak English. The hotel is located right in the heart of Mannheim; with a tram stop in front of it and countless shopping options within walking distance.
