What is greater than a chilling modern bar on Friday evening :) because here cocktails was great and anitipasto set was served with quality and tastes. I have go admit it is one of best chilling bar in Mannheim

It's a shame when you go somewhere for a coffee and are treated like this.

Wednesday afternoon (it's not even a holiday or a weekend), we had to wait 40 min for two coffees and a bottle of water.

The icing on the cake: the waitress brought one of the glasses, dirty, and when I pointed it out to her, she didn't even apologize, but arrogantly justified that it was because they wiped it with a tissue when the coffee overflowed.

Conclusion: it's not worth it to go to such an expensive place for such a bad quality service.

The service was very good.! The ambiance is warm and friendly The waitress was new but she was attentive and pleasant, kinda like what I am used to being an American. However, I have yet to eat there, so I'll hold off on giving a higher rating until then.

Tasty food. Good vibes. Cocktails are the best in Mannheim. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible, mediocre service, very rude staff, sat on the table with food and drinks from previous clients, 15 mins until it was picked, after we asked to clean the table that had food crumbs and sticky, table was cleaned 10 mins later, called 3 different waiter to take our orders, yet took 10 other minutes, my friend was served first although we ordered at the same time, a cappuccino with a latte Macchiato spoon( photo attached), I received my iced latte 15 minutes later...
We complained to the server that we called them many time but she said : « but you didn’t call me, you did once » As if each sever worked in a different caffe and not at the same caffe (no team spirit)
