We tried their hot chocolate with cream, tasted good - not too sweet and combined with cream, delish. Their cheesecake was light and tasty - great for an afternoon bite. And their beer (helles) was chilled enough, no complaint.

Service: 5/5
It was quite busy so we had to catch the eyes of the waitress quite competitively with the other customers, but once they received our requests, everything was quick, spot on, and accommodating.

Super friendly Staff, smiling and welcoming.
Very nice view on the Wasserturm! Aperol spritz was tasty, my friends were also satisfied with their juices and coffees. Overall we had drinks and they were nice with reasonable prices. Very recommended! Enjoy !

It was the first and last time I went to this restaurant/cafe. what attracted us was the architecture of the place and the view, but the rest is terrible. It took 10min for a waitress to offer us the menu... we placed the order no one told us that one of the orders (gratin) was not available... we only found out there was no gratin when the other dishes arrived at the table.
The food is clearly not fresh or made on site, it must be canned. I couldn't even finish eating, I was disgusted and afraid of intoxication. This restaurant/cafe is a horror and an insult to French cuisine.

The first person, who I met was a woman (waitress or owner, idk). I wanted just a cappuccino, but don't speak german or french, so I said it on english. I understood, that the woman don't know english, so when I wanted to use a translator, she waved her hand to me. It was quite rude, you need only the name of my order. If you want, you could understand me.

Although it's been one of my favourite places in the city (until today), the snack options are really very poor. I asked if there was anything gluten-free and was replied with a "no" which is quite okay. (Here in Germany it's kind of 'normal' to get simple yes/no's instead of recommendations or helping explanations to these advice-seeking questions.) But another lady (owner or waitress -don't know, don't care) gave me an hysterical laughter which I found unwelcoming and defiant. Such a lame attitude and such a pity for a good looking facade...
