Lustigen Abend am Wochenende gehabt. Sauber, ein Dj bei dem man sogar Wünsche äussern kann und gute Athmosphäre. ABER da war etwas, was so gar nicht ging: Nachdem wir unsere Rechnung (wir waren eine grosse Gruppe und hinterliessen nicht wenig) beglichen haben und gingen, rauchten wir draussen gemütlich noch eine und vertieften und noch ins Quatschen. Mein Zug ging gleich los und ich bemerkte wie ich nach meinen 2 Bier noch ein gewisses Bedürfnis bekam. Ich rannte nochmal schnurstracks rein und als ich wieder zurück kam, wurde ich auch schon sehr unfreundlich angemacht (meines Wissens nach der Besitzer). Ich erklärte ihm, dass ich doch noch eben da war und entschuldigte mich auch, das war ihm aber ziemlich egal und er blieb weiterhin sehr unfreundlich. Ich komme auch aus dem Service und so etwas macht man nicht mit Kunden. Es geht nicht darum nur nett zu sein wenn der Kunde zahlt, sondern auch so etwas Hilfsbereitschaft zu zeigen, wenn man künftig diesen wieder als zahlenden Kunden sehen mag! Daher ein Stern Abzug
