Great service, clean, all around so well done. We came here after an unexpected hotel fall out with a different chain we were disappointed by. Thankfully we found this hotel. The receptionist is amazing friendly and all of the workers are exceptional. Definitely recommend!

The owner was super kind and friendly and offered me lots of help. House keeping was caring and kind. Room was very nice. Would stay here again!

Room was a lot smaller than expected, pictures on the website are not of the standard room. Worst thing was the noise during the night from a nearby night club, the bass was audible until 4am in the morning. Real shame, because the location is excellent for exploring Mannheim.

I made a ten days reservation at GuestHouse Mannheim during March, 2021. I intended to quarentine there after I came back from Brazil. I was instructed by the Police Department of Mannheim to try to spend my quarantine at home (I actually live in Mannheim with my family) so I canceled my reservation at Guesthouse Mannheim. Unfortunately I did it after the legal time for free cancellation and I had to pay 90% of the total value, aprox. 750 euros. As a matter of fact they were entitled to charge me but, frankly, times are so difficult to everyone I expected some sort of agreement between us, which was denied.
Guys, this is not the way to do business in times like this. Simply it is NOT.
Just be aware that you are not dealing with people willing to accommodate you, in case you decide to stay there or need them.

The hotel is a good one if you are looking for a decent studio room. The hotel is clean, the staff courteous and there's free wifi, although wifi can be patchy in some rooms. You have a place to cook up a small meal and some handy utensils as well. You can ask for the microwave if you need it. Staying in the rooms facing the roads can be a bit annoying because of the sounds of honking cars whizzing past, while those on the other side are serene,albeit without a proper "view". The location is good as you would be living in the inner city(quadrate). You have access to public transportation nearby.

Great hotel in the city of Mannheim. Very modern and all new interior. However, reception hours are limited - so very early or late checkin or checkout aren't possible.

The best place to live in Mannheim. Studios are specious and Staff is too supportive.
