always a great stay at this hotel. It's clean, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and also the breakfast buffet is nice.

The hotel is great value for money. Nice simple rooms, very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing we were missing was food in the evening, when we arrived there was little possibility to have a quick meal nearby.

I didn’t feel safe in the hotel because of some incidents in the corridors at night. I tried to reach staff but the reception was closed and there is no emergency contact.

A 2 nights stay . We were there for a ice hockey tournament Mannheim's Mad Dogs 10th Kids Cup ! Me and 2 kids in a triplet bedroom. the room is correct and clean. All people working at the desk were very helpful and kind. the breakfast is correct . The One Big Issue, which will definitely remove this hotel from my list is the noise made by the air conditioner system ( even turned Off ) at 1 and 4 in the morning . Which woke us up the 2 nights we spent there. The noise was like a airplane take off ! I have reported this to the desk , but they couldn't manage to resolve the issue. The kids had to be at the rink @ 7h30 in the morning and couldn't have a quite sleep ! too bad!!

Clean and comfortable rooms. If there was something that for me could be slightly negative, was the eggs at breakfast. For one, the degree of hardness was quite variable, from hard to soft boiled and, for second, the eggs were hard to peel. One would probably expect to have rather soft boiled consistency given the metal holder provided but the eggs were mostly hard boiled.

It was nice , friendly, and clean. Only the breakfast could be a little better.

We where a famly of 10 and had 3 rooms for one night. The hotel was Very nice, and the room was very clean and the bathroom was brand new. The peoble in the check in where very friendly and helpfull.
A hotel I will comeback again.
