We have often had breakfast there and from about 1 p.m. we were often the only guests who were still there at 2 p.m. Each time there were tons of buffet products left over. You get the impression of listlessness there and anyone who knows the witch Schrumpeldei and Bummelshausen from the old days can roughly imagine the pace at which work is done there! You always have to call the chef out of the kitchen to get an omelette!
Since we unfortunately had a journey of one hour, it was very annoying!!!
We then but in the Wahmstr. found a great restaurant! We were greeted very nicely there and a table for four was quickly improvised! Highly recommend the grenadine...

Wir wollten am Sonntag um 12 Uhr mit 4 Personen am Frühstücksbuffet teilnehmen.
Wir wurden von einer Dame mit den Worten "Es tut uns leid, aber die Küche schafft das heute nicht mehr aber sie sind nicht die einzigen! Wir mussten heute schon viele wegschicken" empfangen!
Das Buffet wird bis 14 Uhr angeboten und es waren ca. 25 % der Tische nur belegt! Das Buffet war reichlich bestückt und ich konnte nicht erkennen, dass es an Produkten mangelte!
Wir haben dort schon des öfteren gefrühstückt und waren ab ca.13 Uhr nicht selten die einzigen Gäste, die dann auch um 14 Uhr noch da waren. Jedes mal waren Unmengen an Buffet-Produkten übrig. Man hat dort den Eindruck der Lustlosigkeit und wer aus alten Zeiten die Hexe Schrumpeldei und Bummelshausen kennt, der kann sich ungefähr vorstellen in welchem Tempo dort gearbeitet wird! Man muss immer den Koch aus der Küche rufen lassen, um mal ein Omelett zu bekommen!
Da wir leider eine Anfahrt von einer Stunde hatten, war das sehr ärgerlich!!!
Wir haben dann aber in der Wahmstr. ein tolles Restaurant gefunden ! Dort wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und ein 4er Tisch wurde schnell improvisiert! Äußerst empfehlenswert das Grenadine ...
